I expected a lot more for the price. They made it sound like I’d be getting something really high quality, but the actual experience didn’t match the promises at all. For what I paid, it just didn’t feel like good value

I know some people might be totally fine with it, but for me personally, it just didn’t feel clean enough. I’m picky about that kind of thing, so maybe it’s just my preference, but I wouldn’t really choose it again.

The food was kind of disappointing. It had that texture like it had been sitting around for a while, and everything was soggy by the time I got it. I was hoping for a lot better

I went in hoping to relax a bit and grab something to eat, but the whole place just felt loud, and kind of messy. The lighting was a little strange too, and I couldn’t really get comfortable sitting there. I ended up wanting to leave quickly. Just not the kind of atmosphere I enjoy

i booked both delivery and pickup with lavals, and neither showed up on time. there weren’t any clear updates, so i ended up calling twice and still only got vague answers. it was a frustrating experience.

I ordered from lavals.com i was surprised by how small the portions were. At first I thought maybe it was just one dish, but then everything showed up looking like it was half the normal size?!

For what I paid, I really expected to at least feel full afterward. The food tasted okay, but there just wasn’t enough of it, and it left me feeling like I didn’t get my money’s worth.

I probably won’t order again unless they seriously fix the portion sizes. It’s just not worth it to me right now...

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the pizza just didn’t taste good to me. It was bland overall, and the crust was chewy in a way that made it hard to enjoy. I expected better, honestly.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the way the staff acted really put me off. I just asked a simple question and got this short, kind of annoyed reply, like I was bothering them or wasting their time.

Maybe they were just having a bad day, I don’t know, but it definitely didn’t feel very welcoming. I left with a bad impression, and yeah, I don’t think I’d use lavals.com again if that’s the kind of service customers get.

I was excited when my order showed up, but that changed fast when I opened it and realized they sent the wrong stuff. I figured it would be an easy fix, so I reached out, but nobody actually took care of it. Super frustrating because I went from hopeful to just feeling ignored.

So my order did eventually show up, which is good, I guess. It just took way longer than I was expecting, and support wasn’t exactly quick either. Like, not terrible or anything, but... yeah, probably not somewhere I’d be in a hurry to order from again.
